When you book a Face HIIT consultation we can customize the routine to target the areas you want to improve the most, and also perfect each move so at-home you can do it with confidence. Beyond the 21 days you can workout 3 times a week to maintain the results.

During this consultation we will dive deeper into your goals, challenges, and preferences. We’ll review the 21 day face HIIT program and create a custom plan for you. Along with discussing your skincare needs and best at-home techniques. If you have a face oil at home that you like to use, bring it to your appointment. Otherwise I have great oils in the studio you can use and purchase.

TREATMENT PLAN & RESULTS

Following your initial consultation, you can expect a follow-up email summarizing your session, including a customized plan or recommendations on how to effectively move forward with your Face HIIT journey.
